Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: June 30, 2026

Welcome to Auto Glass Atlanta LLC. These Terms and Conditions explain how our quotes, scheduling, mobile service, payments, warranties, and customer responsibilities work. By requesting a quote, scheduling service, approving work, or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms are written for Auto Glass Atlanta LLC, a mobile auto glass replacement company serving Atlanta and surrounding areas.

1. Business Information

Auto Glass Atlanta LLC is a mobile auto glass service business serving Atlanta and surrounding areas. We do not operate as a walk-in retail glass shop.

For current business contact information, service hours, and ways to reach us, please visit our Contact page:

https://autoglass-atlanta.com/contact-us/

2. Services We Provide

Auto Glass Atlanta LLC provides mobile auto glass replacement and related auto glass services. This may include windshield replacement, door glass replacement, back glass replacement, quarter glass replacement, vent glass replacement, and related mobile auto glass work.

Services are subject to part availability, scheduling availability, vehicle condition, weather, technician access, and whether the requested work can be completed safely.

3. Quotes and Vehicle Information

Quotes are based on the vehicle information you provide, the glass part needed, available part options, labor, mobile service, disposal, and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise in writing.

For windshield quotes, a VIN or tag number may be required so we can identify the correct glass, features, molding, attachments, and related parts. You may also be asked for photos of the damaged glass, vehicle, or VIN label.

Your quote may change if:

The vehicle information provided is incorrect or incomplete.

The vehicle has features, sensors, moldings, brackets, or options that were not identified before the quote.

The wrong glass was requested based on incorrect information.

The vehicle has rust, corrosion, prior bodywork, previous adhesive problems, damaged pinch welds, missing parts, broken clips, aftermarket accessories, or other issues that affect the installation.

You request a different part, glass type, or service after the original quote.

Auto Glass Atlanta LLC will make reasonable efforts to explain any price change before completing the work.

4. Scheduling and Mobile Service

Appointments are scheduled based on route availability, part availability, location, weather, and technician workload. Appointment times and arrival windows are estimates, not guarantees.

Because we provide mobile service, delays can happen due to traffic, weather, prior appointments, supplier delays, incorrect vehicle information, or unsafe work conditions.

We may reschedule or decline service if the location is unsafe, the vehicle is inaccessible, the weather prevents proper installation, the glass part is unavailable or incorrect, or the vehicle condition prevents a safe installation.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information, including year, make, model, body style, VIN or tag number when requested, and details about the damaged glass.

Before service, you agree to:

  • Make the vehicle available at the scheduled location.
  • Provide a safe, legal, and accessible work area.
  • Make sure the vehicle is unlocked or that someone can provide access.
  • Remove valuables, personal items, electronics, toll passes, dash cameras, hanging items, parking permits, and loose items near the glass being replaced.
  • Tell us about any known rust, leaks, prior glass replacement, body damage, electrical problems, aftermarket accessories, or previous repairs.

Auto Glass Atlanta LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

6. Existing Damage, Rust, Paint, and Prior Repairs

Auto glass replacement can reveal pre-existing vehicle issues that were not visible before the damaged glass was removed. These may include rust, corrosion, weak paint adhesion, old adhesive problems, damaged clips, damaged moldings, missing parts, prior improper installation, water leaks, body damage, or previous repair work.

Auto Glass Atlanta LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, rust, corrosion, paint failure, weak paint adhesion, body deterioration, prior repair issues, or damage caused by previous installations.

Retention tape, normal installation handling, adhesive removal, or glass removal may expose paint or body issues that already existed. We are not responsible for paint lifting, peeling, bubbling, or failure caused by pre-existing paint or adhesion problems.

7. Weather and Work Conditions

Mobile auto glass work requires suitable weather and work conditions. Rain, high wind, extreme temperatures, poor lighting, unsafe parking areas, limited space, or other conditions may affect whether service can be completed.

We may reschedule the appointment if conditions are not suitable for safe and proper installation.

8. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless one of the following applies:

You are paying through Afterpay.

You will not be on site when the replacement is finished.

Another written payment arrangement has been approved before service.

Invoices and card payments may be handled through Square or another merchant account used by Auto Glass Atlanta LLC.

If the customer will not be present at completion, payment may be required before work begins or before the vehicle is released as completed.

Accepted payment methods may include credit card, debit card, tap-to-pay, Cash App, Afterpay, and other methods made available by Auto Glass Atlanta LLC. Payment options may vary and are subject to availability through the payment provider.

9. Afterpay and Third-Party Payment Providers

Afterpay and other third-party payment options are provided by separate payment companies. Their approvals, payment schedules, fees, terms, and account decisions are controlled by the payment provider, not Auto Glass Atlanta LLC.

If you choose Afterpay or another third-party payment method, you are responsible for following that provider’s terms.

10. Cancellations, Missed Appointments, and Dry Runs

Auto Glass Atlanta LLC does not charge cancellation fees, missed appointment fees, or dry-run fees.

We ask customers to notify us as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated missed appointments, inaccessible vehicles, incorrect vehicle information, or unsafe work conditions may result in declined future service.

11. Parts, Glass, and Availability

Glass parts vary by vehicle, trim level, features, availability, supplier inventory, and manufacturer specifications. Unless otherwise stated in writing, Auto Glass Atlanta LLC may use quality replacement glass and related parts selected for proper fit and function.

Some parts may be delayed, unavailable, discontinued, or subject to supplier changes. If a part is unavailable, we may offer a revised appointment time, revised quote, alternate part option, or cancellation.

12. Warranty

Auto Glass Atlanta LLC provides a limited lifetime workmanship warranty against air and water leaks caused by our installation for as long as you own the vehicle.

This warranty applies only to workmanship related to the glass installation performed by Auto Glass Atlanta LLC.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Glass breakage after installation.
  • Chips, cracks, vandalism, theft, accidents, impact damage, road debris, or acts of nature.
  • Leaks or problems caused by rust, corrosion, body deterioration, damaged pinch welds, previous bodywork, prior improper repairs, or pre-existing vehicle damage.
  • Leaks caused by collision damage, vehicle flex, frame damage, roof damage, or body seams unrelated to our installation.
  • Damage caused by customer modifications, aftermarket accessories, roof racks, wiring, antennas, cameras, dash cams, tint, decals, or other items attached to or near the glass.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, off-road use, pressure washing too soon after installation, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
  • Parts, clips, moldings, trim, or hardware that were already damaged, missing, brittle, worn, rusted, or previously repaired.
  • Paint lifting, peeling, bubbling, clear coat failure, or other paint damage related to weak paint adhesion, prior paintwork, age, oxidation, rust, corrosion, body deterioration, or removal of standard automotive retention tape.

13. Retention Tape and Paint Adhesion

Auto Glass Atlanta LLC may use automotive retention tape to temporarily secure moldings, trim, or related parts after installation. This tape is commonly used in auto glass work and is intended to help hold parts in place while adhesives, urethane, or installation materials cure.

The retention tape we use is standard automotive retention tape selected to reduce the risk of problems with properly bonded automotive paint. However, some vehicle paint may already have weak adhesion because of age, prior paintwork, sun damage, oxidation, body repairs, rust, corrosion, contamination, improper refinishing, or other pre-existing conditions.

Auto Glass Atlanta LLC is not responsible for paint lifting, peeling, bubbling, flaking, discoloration, clear coat failure, or other paint damage caused by weak, failing, improperly bonded, previously repaired, or deteriorated paint. This includes paint issues that become visible when retention tape is removed.

Customers should let us know before service if the vehicle has older paint, aftermarket paint, prior body repairs, known paint issues, clear coat failure, rust, or previous tape-related paint problems.

Warranty service must be requested by contacting Auto Glass Atlanta LLC and giving us a reasonable opportunity to inspect and correct the issue.

14. Aftercare Instructions

After installation, you may receive instructions about safe drive-away time, window use, car washing, tape removal, pressure washing, door slamming, and other aftercare steps.

You agree to follow the aftercare instructions provided. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect warranty coverage.

15. Customer-Supplied Parts

Auto Glass Atlanta LLC may decline customer-supplied glass or parts.

If we agree to install a customer-supplied part, the customer is responsible for the condition, fit, quality, and correctness of that part. We do not warranty customer-supplied parts. Any warranty on customer-supplied parts must be handled directly with the seller or manufacturer.

16. Insurance Claims

Auto Glass Atlanta LLC may provide information or documentation to help with an auto glass insurance claim when applicable. Insurance coverage, deductible amounts, approvals, claim decisions, and reimbursement are controlled by the insurance company, not Auto Glass Atlanta LLC.

You are responsible for any deductible, uncovered amount, denial, short pay, or balance not paid by insurance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Auto Glass Atlanta LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use, scheduling delays, part delays, declined service, or completed service.

Our responsibility for a covered workmanship issue is limited to inspection, correction, repair, or other remedy we determine appropriate under the warranty terms.
