AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT
Aftercare, Cancellations & Refunds
After the service, your technician will explain any aftercare instructions that apply to the glass and installation. If your windshield was replaced, they'll confirm the adhesive safe drive-away time before you drive. Cancellation fees are $0 more than 24 hours before service, $50 within 24 hours but more than three hours before, and $100 within three hours or for a missed appointment. One customer reschedule is free if the new appointment is kept. If we must change or cancel, choose a free reschedule or full refund; our change does not use your free reschedule.
